How it works
The whole process is free for your business. We are paid by the retailers, so you never receive a bill from us. For most small businesses it takes just a few days, and you make the final decision at every stage.
A recent bill gives us your meter numbers, usage and contract end date. You sign a Letter of Authority so we can speak to retailers.
We request prices from retailers on our panel for the term and start date that suit you.
We send a side-by-side comparison with usage rates, supply charges and contract terms. No pressure to sign.
We handle the switch, check your first bills, and come back before your renewal window opens.
Large market and multi-site customers get a tailored procurement strategy, not a standard comparison.
We look at fixed, flexible and spot-linked strategies, network tariffs and bill validation, as well as the headline rate.
Most retailers let you agree a new contract months before your current one ends, so we plan the best time to tender.
You deal with one named account manager for your contract, across every site and state.

Large market contracts often include fixed terms, early termination fees and notice periods. Tell us about any existing energy contracts, exit fees or notice periods that may affect your sites, and check the retailer’s contract before you sign.
Where a site is part of an embedded network, extra approvals may be needed, and this can affect timing, pricing or whether a transfer is possible.
We’ll reply within one working day with next steps. Upload a recent bill with your request and we can start straight away.

We work with businesses in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and the ACT, including multi-site businesses operating across several of these. We don’t currently cover WA or the NT.
