Getting started
Usually just a recent bill for each supply, plus a signed Letter of Authority.

No. Most retailers let you agree a new contract months before your current one ends, and prices can move a lot in that time. Get in touch as soon as you know your end date and we’ll plan the best time to tender.
No. Your local network still delivers your electricity and gas through the same poles, wires and pipes. Only the retailer billing you changes.
Yes. For sites using over 100 MWh a year, and for multi-site and multi-state businesses, we look at fixed, flexible and spot-linked strategies, network tariffs, and bill validation, as well as the headline rate.
We work with businesses in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and the ACT, including multi-site businesses operating across several of these. We don’t currently cover WA or the NT.
